We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on the structure of all of our exterior products. This warranty extends to;

Defects in the material and craftsmanship which leads to a product which is impaired in it’s initial use or intention
Provided the conditions of normal and proper use are adhered to

The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the product at our discretion, contingent upon receiving the product for inspection. Please note that the warranty does not cover shipping charges, labour costs, installation costs, incidental or consequential damages, or any costs incurred due to vehicle downtime.
The warranty excludes defects caused by improper installation, unauthorised alterations, any misuse, neglect, accidents, corrosion, or normal wear and tear.

We offer a one year warranty on all powder-coating. This warranty covers any defects in material and craftsmanship. It does not cover usual wear and tear. Although our products are manufactured from corrosion resistant aluminium/stainless steel, you must take care of your products and wash them regularly; especially in the UK/EU where road salt is commonly present.

We do not cover shipping charges, labour or installation when claiming for warranty. It is the  buyers responsibility to return the item to us for us to repair or replace free of charge if necessary.

We offer a 14 day returns policy on all of our items. Simply return the products to us and we will refund you no questions asked. Read more about our returns and refund policy.
