Fitting options
You have multiple ways to fit deck panels to your rack — use whichever options match your layout. You may need one or more of these depending on how your deck spans the crossbars and fairings.
01 / 04
Option 1 — Crossbar fitment

Drop the supplied T-nuts into the crossbar slot. Offer up the deck panel and align the mounting holes with the T-nuts. Bolt down with the flanged bolts listed below. This quantity is required each side — if the panel spans two crossbars, repeat at both intersections.
Loctite required
You must use Loctite on the bolt-to-T-nut fixings.
02 / 04
Crossbar — front fairing fitment

Offer the deck panel to the underside of the front fairing and align the mounting holes. Bolt the deck to the front fairing using the M6 fixings listed below.
03 / 04
Crossbar — rear fairing fitment

Offer the deck panel to the underside of the rear fairing and align the mounting holes. Bolt the deck to the rear fairing using the M6 fixings listed below.
04 / 04
Joining deck panels together

Continue your panel layout as required across the rack. Where two deck panels meet, bolt them together through the flange for extra stiffness. Use the fixings below per flange joint and repeat for each joint.
